Cancellation and non-refundable fee
We can require 50% of the treatment cost non-refundable fee when booking online, in salon or by phone. This non-refundable fee will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable if you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel 24 hours prior to your treatment we charge 50% of your treatment cost. Fail to show up for your appointment unfortunately you will lose your non-refundable fee and will be charged full cost of the treatment.
We require 5 days notice for cancellation of all group bookings. Cancellation within 5 days will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.
We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which in turn costs the salon hundreds of pounds per month.
Delays
If you are more than 15 minutes late for any appointment the therapist does have the right to refuse to carry out the treatment if they think a shortened treatment would not be beneficial or would compromise the integrity of their skills.
For some treatments we can offer you a shortened service so the next client’s treatment is not affected but please be aware that the full treatment price will still be payable
Alternatively we will gladly re-schedule you but we will have to charge you full cost for the missed service
Gift cards
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months. We keep a record of all gift cards, so do not worry if you have lost or misplaced your gift card.
Health condition
It is important that you inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your treatment with us as it may affect your treatment.
24 hours prior the treatments patch tests have to be done for lash tint and extension and brow tint.
Respect and modesty
As you can imagine, our business usually requires clients to remove some clothing for many of the treatments.
With this in mind, we try and give each client the privacy they need to undress and dress before and after the appointment and protect your modesty throughout the treatment.
Obviously, intimate bikini waxing for the ladies does require you to remove your knickers, but rest assured we are very professional and carry out these treatments every day. We are not embarrassed by body parts and have seen everything, so hopefully our matter of fact attitude will help you to feel at ease.
For those people having massage, we politely request that underwear is kept on at all times. The therapist has the right to refuse to treat you if you do not adhere to this request.
